How do I return an item?
Each Package we send has a return address on the box. Simply call or email us to advise us you would like to return the item and the reason why and we will advise you how to proceed and make arrangements for you to return it to the address provided.
What is the returns policy?
All Returns must be made within 14 days after the date of receipt of the item in unopened and unused condition. All returns should be processed by a member of our team prior to sending the item back to us. Please discuss the reason for return with the team member and whether you require replacement items or a refund. Full Refunds will be given only on unopened items that have been supplied either by mistake or not suitable for the intended use. Refunds on items that are returned because you have changed your mind after delivery of the goods has taken place will be refunded in full for the cost of the goods, but any additional costs you have incurred sending the items back will not be refunded.
