Terms & Conditions (Purchases) From Flocking Ltd

Damaged Goods
 
If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within two working days of receiving your order.
All Packages must be checked for damage & leakages upon delivery before you accept and sign for the delivery. Once goods have been signed for, Flocking Ltd cannot accept any liability for damage once the package has been signed for without inspection. We will repair or replace any goods damaged in transit providing that we receive full notification and clear photo evidence of damage within two working days of delivery. We cannot accept returns without photographic evidence. Your Package should be checked upon delivery and any items missing must be made aware to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods, otherwise no liability can be accepted. All packing and contents should also be kept for inspection.
 
Faulty Goods
 
Should any products be confirmed as faulty, Flocking Ltd will:
 
Replace the item/items free of charge
Refund the full amount if a replacement is not required.
 
Returns Information
 
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, the Customer has the right to cancel the contract with Flocking Ltd for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, starting with the day after the day the item is delivered. All goods must be returned to Flocking Ltd at the customer's expense and arrive in a as new and unused condition. Upon receipt of the goods Flocking Ltd, will issue a refund for the full value of the goods except for any postage costs incurred by the customer, unless the goods supplied by Flocking Ltd are faulty. All Goods returned must be in re-saleable condition, with the return shipping bill paid and package containing documents relating the sale of the goods.

Collections
 
If you want to collect your items from our warehouse then please select this option upon checkout and no delivery charges will be added. Please then contact us right away with your intended collection date and we will try our best to accommodate your order as quickly as possible. Orders are not prepared same day in most cases so please do not make any travel arrangements for the same day without prior arrangement. Some items are stored in more than one warehouse location so some items may not be on site ready to collect. We always do our best to accommodate. Please always call in advance or email to arrange a suitable collection time and we will do our best to have your order ready as soon as possible. We will always be able to advise you of the estimated order completion time.
 
Terms and Conditions (Flock Coating Services)
 
All of our prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling but can be quoted in other currencies on request. All payments are to be made in pounds sterling however if you are outside the uk your card provider will convert the correct amount in your country’s currency. We accept Cash, BACS, cheque, postal order and Paypal. We will always require clearance of funds before we send or release your order for collection. Cheques usually take between 4-5 days to clear.
 
Making and accepting orders
 
Once you have made your order either by Phone or Email, we will always confirm your order by either Phone or Email. Never order by Email and expect the order to go through without confirmation. We will always let our customers know every step of the ordering and delivery process. If payments are made by card via Paypal then please leave any special instructions about the item that is being flocked in the notes and/or in an Email and we will confirm this with you and also confirm the payment has been accepted.
 
Cancelling orders and refunds
 
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason then we will require you to cancel the order before we have taken delivery and begun the process of Flocking the item. Cancellations after this cannot be refunded. If you cancel your order after delivery has been taken but we have not started the Flocking process then we will refund your order cost but cannot refund any postage or handling charges that are involved in sending back your item. Confidentiality 
 
We take great care and all necessary precautions to keep information about our customers strictly confidential. We will not give out any information or pass on any details to third parties.
 
Shipping and delivery of goods
 
The prices quoted for shipping are for door to door delivery. Delivery of complete items are normally made within 5 to 7 days after first receiving the items. This is to allow the time for the process of the goods being flocked and the curing time and the time for it to get from us back to you. Deliveries to special locations and or remote places can incur extra costs but this will be discussed with you when you make your order. Weekend delivery charges my also apply to some locations if weekend delivery is requested. Please contact us if you have any queries or for an exact quotation for delivery. We usually charge £20 to mainland uk one way, that is from our door to your door and all items are fully insured. If you organise your own courier to send or collect your items then this is your agreement and responsibility with your courier, while it is in transit to us and then from the moment it is collected from us again and back in transit to you.
 
Dropping off and Collecting Items
 
When Dropping off Your parts to be Flocked: All Parts must be booked in, and prior arrangement made before you drop off your Parts. At times we are extremely busy and therefore can not guarantee we can fit the work in on a short notice, however we always do our best to accommodate the work where we can. When items are sent or dropped off to our premises, we will always advise you of the time it will take to complete the work and when you should be expected to pick up your Flocked items. We do not have endless storage facilities so therefore your items must be collected at the arranged time, unless other arrangements are made with us to accommodate your current situation and for times when you are not always able to collect on the specified date because of other commitments. If you advise that you cannot collect the items within 2 weeks of completion, then full Payment will be taken prior to the work being carried out, and not after. Most work that we book in at a pre arranged time we do not take any deposit for, You pay upon completion of the Flocking process. (unless it is in a colour or style that we do not keep in stock) In this case we would take a suitable deposit  before the work is undertaken. Any Items that are dropped off to us with out an appointment, or without the work being booked in prior to drop off, we will ask to take a minimum of a 50% deposit based on the total cost of the work to be completed.
 
Damage of goods in transit
 
All items we send via courier are insured against damage after leaving our premises. If you do receive any goods that appear to be damaged then let us know straight away. Keep all the relevant documentation from the delivery and If a box or packaging appears to be damaged and is crushed or torn badly and you are certain the contents will be damaged then please open the box in front of the courier and inspect the goods and all contents of the packaging. Please do not just sign for the goods with a simple signature and let them walk away. Always write on the delivery note that goods are damaged and this gives the courier/handler prior notice that a claim will be coming their way. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any damage caused in transit either by Phone or Email.
 
Airbags and Safety
 
Please note that we do not accept any Air Bags sent by post. An Air Bag is an explosive and can be very dangerous. We also do not accept any liability for any defects with Air Bags after the Flocking process has taken place on your Dash. It is your responsibility to ensure safety in your Vehicle and removing and refitting Air Bags should be done with strict care and competence and we would recommend any work of this nature being carried out by professionals.
