UK Delivery
All items ordered before 11am are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Orders placed after 11am on any week day will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders on Friday after 11am will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) If the item shows in stock on the website but the Items have ran out of stock in our warehouse before an update to the site has been made on the day you will be emailed within 24hrs to inform you of this.

UK Mainland
Delivery to UK mainland addresses is charged at £8.75, which is the minimum amount set by our courier from weights above 2 Kilos up to 10 Kilos. Then 25p per Kilo above a 10 Kilo consignment weight. All shipping will be calculated at the checkout. We use the Royal Mail service for small low weight items, these are charged at a lower rate of between £2.80 and £4.20 at the checkout process.
Scottish Highlands and Islands
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands is charged at £15.50 and is sent using a 2-3 working day service after the dispatch time.
Northern Ireland
Delivery to Northern Ireland is charged at £15.50 and is sent using a 2-3 working days service.
PLEASE NOTE:
If the package or item is returned to us because the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel and the Courier returns the items to us we reserve the right to restock the items that are returned and then credit your Payment method back for the items you have purchased minus the courier fees to you and back to us. You will have to re-order the items to have the items re-shipped.
IMPORTANT:
Items that qualify for free delivery that are returned to us due to the customer not taking reciept of the goods because they are unavailable to take delivery and do not re arrange directly with the courier to redeliver, then FLOC-King reserve the right to charge for the re-delivery if we have to re dispatch the items again from our warehouse.

If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which in turn causes a failed delivery then we can not hold any responsibility for this shipment, so please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly and checked before completing your order.
